Always mistaken and sometimes corrected as “ButteredChicken”
but as we say, how come, we didn’t use any butter in this recipe.

Looks traditional but you can’t just get enough of it once you taste it.
Beef with Mushroom
The sauce of this dish is mushroom based, served with beef,
tenderized through the use of pressure cooker.
With the many ariations in line, we made this dish creamy
with the addition of butter, cream and milk.
